Apartment with 2 bedrooms for 4/6 persons with porch, garden and parking. Just 100 meters from the magnificent bay of Porto Frailis (Arbatax) on the east coast of Sardinia, surrounded by greenery, you will find the beautiful NiU MiU HOLIDAY HOUSES, just 1 minute from the sea. The beach is partly free and partly equipped, fine sand, shallow water and crystal clear water are the elements that combine it with many other nearby beaches.All the houses are strategically located, the proximity to the sea is extremely convenient in many ways, especially if you have children. No need to use a car, reluctance to rent umbrellas and sun loungers (you can bring them from home), the ability to go to the beach or return home at any time on your own - all these are amenities that positively affect a relaxing holiday.
The houses are the same size and furnishings, and the living room / kitchen also has a sofa bed for any other two berths. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is also a porch with an outdoor dining table.
All are fully furnished with the utmost care and are equipped with air conditioning, safe and outdoor shower. As can also be seen in the photographs, the complex was built recently.
Parking spaces in front of the house, free and abundant, some of them are reserved.
The green lawn in front of the houses is a place that can be used especially by children. Returning from the sea, you can take a refreshing shower under the shade of a beautiful olive tree or a beautiful carob tree, you can relax on the porch and perhaps decide to visit various restaurants nearby.
You can enjoy a fine plate of Culurgiones (hand-sealed dumplings stuffed with cheese and potatoes), or a delicious, traditionally spit-roasted pig, lamb or sheep, all accompanied by cannonau wine produced in nearby cellars.
