This ground floor apartment is slightly larger than a garden apartment, with the only difference that it does not have a porch for eating outside the house.Parking in front of the house is free and plentiful, some are reserved.
Many vacationers prefer to stay in this apartment on the ground floor.
By ditching the porch, they spend less, but on the other hand, they can spend more vacation days at sea. These apartments also have the same furnishings as the others, but have a larger living room.
